In this category
Vertical or horizontal, two or three phase. Selection follows the gas to liquid ratio, density and viscosity differences, operating conditions, particulate size, slug volumes and the presence of H₂S or CO₂.

Vertical and horizontal separators with inlet momentum breakers, mist extractors and appropriate retention time.

Double barrel and vertical coalescing separators removing bulk liquid, solids and fine aerosols ahead of sensitive equipment.

Horizontal or vertical vessels separating liquids of different densities where the fluids exist separately, not as an emulsion.
View details →Capabilities
Diverter plate, half pipe or cyclonic inlet devices reducing inlet velocity as the first separation stage.
Removing liquid still carried in the gas stream before the outlet nozzle.
Retention time depends on fluid properties, duty and required outlet quality.
Vessel, piping and instrumentation on a common skid for straightforward installation.
Available where solids accumulation or fluid temperature require it.
Materials selected to NACE requirements where H₂S is present in the stream.
Internal baffling for floating and offshore installations where motion affects the liquid level.
Gas and liquid control with interface control on three-phase duty, plus pressure, temperature and safety devices.
Configured around process requirements, operating conditions and project scope, including separators built to the client's own specification.
Applications
First-stage separation close to the well, where slug volumes and particulate size drive the vessel sizing. Six 20,000 BOPD sour crude separation trains were fabricated and shop-tested for the Tawke early production facility in Iraq.

Protecting downstream equipment from bulk liquid, solids and aerosols — ahead of compressors, desiccant beds and glycol contactors.

Separators for offshore service are designed for lift weight and deck space, with wave breakers where vessel motion affects the liquid level.

Project experience
Production, test and inlet separators supplied as part of gas processing and LPG production facilities.
